Justin Timberlake Recruits Chris Stapleton To Help Him Open The BRIT Awards

Justin Timberlake isn't letting all that fuss surrounding his Super Bowl LI halftime show stop him from putting on a show-stopping performance, as seen by his opening number at Wednesday's (February 21) 2018 BRIT Awards.

For his set, the 37-year-old star kicked things off with some fancy footwork to "Midnight Summer Jam," a new cut off his recently-released LP, Man of the Woods. Timberlake also brought some star power to the performance when he invited special guest Chris Stapleton to the O2 Arena stage for a collaboration of "Say Something." Front and center of the elaborate staging, the pair stood side-by-side with their guitars in-tow to croon in harmony for the collab. Now, if the Foo Fighters pull through with their promise to perform "from a giant log cabin," it'll surely continue on with some sort of Lumberjack theme for the evening.

Earlier in the evening, Timberlake took to the red carpet, where he was spotted wearing a white rose pin in solidarity with the Time's Up movement. He is just one of the many performers of the night as Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, Stormyz and more are expected to hit the stage later in the ceremony.

If you liked what you saw of JT, make sure you grab tickets to the pop star's "Man of The Woods Tour." It'll bring his new music to 27 different shows, hitting markets like New York, Chicago, Boston and Los Vegas. It all starts March 13 in Toronto at the Air Canada Centre and continues throughout the spring until it wraps at the end of May in his hometown of Memphis, Tennennesse. Timberlake's "Man of the Woods Tour" is set to bring fans closer than ever with the VIP Verizon Up section, which includes an experience right up against the center stage.
